履带车辆电传动系统电气机械联合制动仿真

摘    要:在电传动履带车辆中,能量的传递由电气系统完成,根据此传动系统的特点,提出将电气制动与机械制动耦合的联合制动方案,根据制动方式的不同,制定了紧急制动及其他情况制动的制动策略,在MATLAB/SIMULINK中分别建立电气制动系统数学模型和机械制动系统数学模型以及踏板信号数学模型,并依据履带车辆的行驶方程将电气制动系统与机械制动系统耦合,建立联合制动模型,并针对两种典型制动工况进行了仿真,得到了仿真结果,并进行分析,验证了该系统的合理性.

Abstract:Energy transmission in electric-drive transmission vehicle is carried out by electric system.According to this characteristic,a new solution for tracked vehicle with electric transmission,electromechanical braking system,is discussed in this paper.Strategies for emergency and other conditions of braking are put forth.Models for electric braking system,mechanic braking system as well as the braking pedal system are designed in matlab/simulink.According to the vehicle equation of motion,the electromechanical braking system model is combined by electric braking system and mechanic braking system.Performance analysis is also carried out specifically for two typical braking conditions which verifies the validity of the strategy.
