摘    要:由于人为因素及管道的自然破损,原油泄漏事故频繁,开发实时管道泄漏监测及定位系统势在必行。我们基于NI公司虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW,利用数据采集卡PCI-6023E连续地采集压力、流量、温度等参数,监视管道运行状况,通过电话线路及局域网等数据传输方式构成实时通信网络,建立了一个完备的分布式测控系统。本系统已经成功地应用于胜利油田和辽河油田等集输管网和中石化管道储运潍坊输油公司长输管线,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Due to human factor and nature erosion of pipeline, oil leakage often happens.So it is necessary to develop a real-time system which can detect and locate the leak point. Based on virtual instrument development platform LabVIEW a complete distributed system has been established .DAQ board PCI-6023E has been used to acquire pressure, flow rate and temperature continuously and a real-time communication network has been formed through telephone and local area network. The system has been applied in the pipeline network in Shengli and Liaohe Oil Field and long pipelines in Weifang oil company .It acquires good economic and social benefits.
