离心式高压氨泵的试用和改造

九江石化总厂从意大利Ｓｎａｍ公司引进的５２万ｔ／ａ尿素装置首次采用了辛比隆公司生产的中速离心式高压氨泵。在试用中暴露出机封泄漏，轴弯超差引起振动跳车，泵内壳易冲蚀等一系列问题，严重危及生产。九江石化总厂和外方专家一道在现场对氨泵进行了一系列改造，逐步走出了困境。本文将试用和改造的情况作了系统的介绍。

THE CENTRIFUGUAL HP AMMONIA PUMP TEST RUN AND ITS MODIFICATION

The 520 000t/a urea plant imported by Jiujiang Petrochemical Complex from Snam Co.Ltd of Italy adopted for the first time the mediate rate centrifugual HP ammonia pump produced by NP Ltd..In the test run a series of problems,such as mechanical seal leakage,exce ssive shaft bend which caused vibration and trip,and pump inner case susceptible to corrosion, occurred to the pump.With the joint effort of the experts of our complex and foreign company,a series of in situ modificafion on the ammonia pump were carried out,which gradually led the way out of thc difficult position.This paper systematically presents the test run and modification to the ammonia pump.
