换热器污垢热阻检测技术的研究

摘    要:提出了一种换热器污垢热阻检测的新方法,采用套管内电加热式,代替以往的蒸汽管外加热方式,而省去了蒸汽发生器的费用,大大地降低了系统成本,同时,所设计的模拟换热器可直接安装在现场循环冷却水系统的旁路上,其测试结果更接近实际换热器的结垢情况。另外,所有参数的测量,数据处理以及输出控制均由单片机应用系统来完成,这样就大大地提高了检测的可靠性与精确性。

Abstract:Presents a new system to measure the heat - resistance of heat - exchanger's fouling. First, this system adopts a new model in mcasuring heat - exchanger's fouling heat - resistance which applies elecrical heating in pipe to subetitute steam heating out of pipe. Thismakes the system cost chcaper than medels. Second, the simulated heat - exchanger prescntedin this paper can be directly assembled in on - site side - pipe of circulating cooling water system. This makcs the measuring results closer to the real situation in the heat - cxchanger's fouling. In the mcantimc, the data - acquisition, data - processing and output control in this system are all procceded through a single - chip- computer application system, so the accuracy ofthe measuring results is greatly improved. Overall this new measuring system of fouling heatresistance is rcliable fcasible.
