摘    要:武钢CSP生产线是全国钢铁企业最先进、自动化程度最高的现代化连铸连轧生产线之一,但自投产以来,CSP连铸机摆动剪由于设计缺陷,经常发生顶剪事故,造成故障时间长,处理困难.为此,对摆动剪剪切与回程角度进行了匹配分析,针对原设计提出改进方案,彻底解决了摆动剪顶剪事故,生产得以顺利进行.

Abstract:The CSP production line in WISCO is one of the most advanced and highest automatic continuous casting line in the iron & steel enterprises in China.However cutting accidents often occurs and further more the duration time of the accident is rather long and very difficult to solve due to the design defect of the pendulum shear of the CSP continuous caster since it was put into commission.Therefore the matching of the pendulum shear cutting and the back stroke angle is analyzed and then in light of the origin...
