摘    要:从现行规范入手,结合已有设计经验和现场生产运行状况,且通过实例的分析计算,对大型原油储罐区防火堤设计中存在的问题进行了探讨,建议在防火堤高度和有效容积的设计计算中考虑地势落差的影响,并依照地势落差计算,合理选择不同地势位置的防火堤高度,在有效容积的计算中扣除地势落差所占体积,以使大型原油储罐区防火堤更为安全耐久、经济合理.
