高频脉冲电镀Ni-SiC纳米复合镀层影响因素的研究

摘    要:采用脉冲电镀,在铜板上制备了N i-S iC纳米复合镀层。该复合镀液采用的分散剂由一种阴离子和一种阳离子表面活性剂混合而成,稳定性较好。采用络合滴定法对镀层中S iC的含量进行了测定。讨论了脉冲频率、阴极电流密度、镀液中S iC含量、镀液温度对镀层中微粒含量的影响。实验结果表明,镀层中S iC含量随着镀液中S iC含量的增加、电流密度的增大或温度升高都是先增加后减小;随着频率增大而逐渐降低。该复合镀层硬度可达960HV,表面细致,空隙较少。

Abstract:A Ni-SiC nano-composite coating was(prepared) on copper plate by pulse electroplating,with a(stable) bath into which a mixed dispersant of a anionic(surfactant) and a cationic surfactant was added.The SiC(content) in the(coating) was tested by complexometric(titration.) The(influences) of pulse frequency,cathode current density,SiC(content) in bath,bath temperature on the SiC content in the coating were discussed.The test results show that the SiC content in the coating increases firstly and then decreases with increasing SiC content in bath,cathode(current) density or bath temperature,and decreases gradually with rising pulse frequency.
