TRIZ理论在产品创新设计中的应用

摘    要:全面分析了制约创新设计的4个因素:有限的领域知识、心理惯性、设计方法及技术风险。与其他创新设计方法相比,发明问题解决理论(TR IZ)对于全面支持创新设计有更好的效用。将TR IZ理论的问题解决工具分为“知识库”工具和“分析”工具两大类,系统研究了TR IZ理论解决问题的程式模型。运用该模型可实现结构化的产品创新设计过程,克服制约因素的阻碍作用。最后通过一夹具设计工程实例,说明TR IZ理论对产品创新设计的有力支持。

Abstract:Limited knowledge base,psychological inertia,design methodology and technology risks are four main obstacles to innovation design.Their negative effects on innovation design are analyzed thoroughly in the paper.Compared with other innovation design methodologies,Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TRIZ) can support innovation design more effectively.All its problem-solution tools are classified into two categories: "knowledge-base tool" and " analysis tool".Its problem-solution process model is studied systematically and can overcome the obstacles to innovation design and realize structured product innovation design processes.Finally,the application of TRIZ to innovation design is illustrated with an engineering instance of fixture design.
