| Abstract: | The model of two-freedom-degree cutting chatter system is proposed. The influences of the system of workpiece and the system of cutting tool on cutting chatter simultaneousty is considered. The mechanism of chatter with two frequencies and the chatter with two frequencies and the chatter with one frequency is clarified. The condition of two kinds of chatter occuring is analysed. The results obtained are demonstrated with experiments. |
