不锈钢盘管开裂失效分析

摘    要:利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、电子能谱等测试手段,从材料成分、微观组织、断口形貌以及腐蚀产物成分等角度,分析了不锈钢盘管换热器开裂失效的原因。结果表明,不锈钢盘管失效的原因是氯离子引起的应力腐蚀开裂所致。

Abstract:By using optical microscope, SEM and electronic energy spectrum, and from material composition, micro structure, fracture surface and composition of corrosion products, the cause of the crack occurred in the stainless steel spiral pipe heat exchanger. The result indicated that the failure cause of the stainless steel spiral pipe is the stress corrosion crack induced by Cl- ion.
