三峡的建设与金沙江的西电东送

摘    要:长江上游金沙江中下游河段,以其远大于三峡的水能资源早已被世人所关注。随着我国东部经济的飞速发展,东部能源供应紧张局面日益加剧,金沙江西电东送已经列入议事日程。本文分析了金沙江水电可外送的容量和东部地区从金沙江受电的能力,认为金属江与三峡同为我国缺一可的重要电源,三峡电站接入系统应考虑与金沙江西电东送输忆网架相衔接。由于金沙江外送电力巨大,送电距离远,建议尽早开展特高压输电技术的研究。

Abstract:water resources in the middle and lower reaches of jinshajiang River which is the upper stream of the Yantze River are far more tban that of Three Gorges. Because of the rapid development of economy in East China,the supply situation of the electric pow- er in this region will be increasingly stressed.There-fore,the schedule about transmitting electric power of Jinshajiang River in West China to East China has been taken into consideration,This paper analyzed the capacity which can be transmitted eastwards from the Jinshajiang Hydropower Station and the capacity which can be received in East China. The authors recognize that both the Three Gores and the Jinshajiang River are the necessary water resources of same importance,and the interconnection of the network which trans- mits the electric energy from Jinshajiang Power Station to East China with the system which the Three Gorges Power Station will be connected should be considered. Because of the Iong distance and enormous power to transmit from Jinshajiang River to East China,it is al-so proposed that to carry out the researches of UHV transmission technique as early as possible.
