高低双速机低速单向走丝多次切割试验研究

摘    要:分析了高低双速走丝多次切割与传统"中走丝"的差异;通过动力学理论对电极丝进行初步受力分析,发现丝速的降低使加工区电极丝的刚性减弱,最终导致了实际修正量的减小.通过采用增大峰值电流和张紧力等措施提高第二次切割的实际修正量,使小能量精修可进行正常加工.通过高低双速走丝和"中走丝"的工艺试验发现,采用高低双速走丝工艺,尺寸精度、腰鼓度较"中走丝"有了明显改善,表面粗糙度和表面微观形貌与"中走丝"没有明显差别,切割效率较"中走丝"有所降低.

Abstract:The difference between high-low traveling speed WEDM and HSWEDM multi-cutting is expounded.Through elementarily analyseing forces acting on the wire,it is found that stiffness being reducing because of speed of wire being slow leads to reducing the actual compensation.Through increasing peak current,wire tension and so on,the actual compensation is enhanced and minimal energy machining can be normal carried out.Tests of high-low traveling speed WEDM compared with HSWEDM multi-cutting was done.The results of...
