| Abstract: | Photometric, chromatric and electric parameters are main characteristics of LEDs. To measure these parameters accurately and rapidly is very important for LED research and manufacture. This paper introduces an LED photometric, chromatric, electric characteristics analysis system which meets the requirement of CIE publications. |
