废硫酸再生用原料及燃料研究

摘    要:通过几家采用高温裂解法工艺技术再生废硫酸的原料及燃料研究分析,确定此技术所适用的原料组成及燃料种类,原料有烷基化装置和乙炔装置附产的废硫酸;燃料有天然气、高级乙炔气、瓦斯气。

Abstract:Through studying and analyzing on the raw material and fuel for several customers of regenerating waste sulfuric acid by pyrolysis process,the raw material composition and fuel type applicable for the technology were de-termined.The results show that the raw material includes the waste sulfuric acid produced by alkylation unit and acetylene unit,the fuel includes natural gas,high-grade acetylene gas and gas.
