| 摘 要： | 开发了用离子交换树脂吸附法以玉米浸渍水为原料制得的植酸钠，再进行加压水解制取肌醇的新工艺。通过正交试验确定了最佳工艺条件，肌醇的平均收率达到０．１６％，产品质量达到国家药典标准。

| Abstract: | The preparation of sodium phytic acid from corn steep liquor with the method of adsorption of ionexchange resin and hydrolysis with pressure for the extraction of inositol is studied; With orthogonal designmethod, the optimal technology conditions are determined; The inositol average yield is up to 0. 16% andthe quality can reach the standards of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. |
