摘    要:通过用窄点设计法对换热流程进行了优化设计,并与原设计进行了对比分析,使换热终温由290℃提高到315℃,使总工程投资节省240万元,并且每年可创造316万元的经济效益。

Abstract:This paper described to use pinch point design method for optimizing the heat exchange process.Comparing and analysing with original design, the final temperature after heat exchange can be increasedfrom 290T to 315t, and it decreased the investment cost as 2. 4 million RMB per year and made a profit as3. 16 million RMB per year.
