摘    要:多相聚合物混合物在熔融挤出过程中,由于相界面及界面张力的存在,其流动时存在界面滑移。这样,在相同条件下,混合物的表观剪切粘度可能低于任何单一相的表观剪切粘度。因此可以设想,如果在聚合物混合物界面引入表面活性剂降低界面张力,降低界面滑移因素,那么,聚合物混合物的剪切粘度应当增加,流动性下降。本文证明了以上设想,并为聚合物混合物的增容提供了新的途径。

Abstract:The flow of immiscible polymer blends melt in extrusion process often takes place by phases due to the existance of interface and interfacial tension, this phenomenon can be attributed to the slipping effect between phases. Therefore, the apparent shear viscosity of immiscible polymer blends may be lower than the apparent shear viscosity of any phase under otherwise identical conditions. It can be imagined that if the surfactant is added onto the interface of polymer blends melt to decrease the interfacial tension, thereby eliminating the slipping effect, the apparent shear viscosity should increase,i. e. the flowability of the melt should be reduced. In this paper the above-mentioned imagination has been confirmed. This research provides a new method for compatibilizing polymer blends against utilizing traditional block-copolymer or graft-copolymer as a compatibilizer.
