摘    要:采用SEM、TEM等研究了86CrMoV7钢锻热淬火后回火过程的组织与性能。结果表明,锻热淬火能提高马氏体的回火稳定性,使粒状珠光体中碳化物尺寸减小,分布更加均匀,显著提高综合性能。

Abstract:The microstructure and mechanical property of steel 86CrMoV7 direct quenching after forging (ausforging) and tempering have been studied by SEM and TEM. The results showed that the ausforging enhanced the temper stability of martensite. After ausforged and tempered, the carbide in pearlite was fined and distributed uniformly, and the comprehensive properties of steel increased remarkably.
