摘    要:针对丙烯配制的催化剂浆液在Novolen工艺聚丙烯装置使用中存在的问题,如丙烯中的有毒杂质使催化剂活性降低;丙烯黏度较低配制的催化剂浆液容易分层,导致催化剂浓度分布不均匀;催化剂颗粒易沉降及堵塞进料管线等,对催化剂浆液配制过程中所用的稀释剂进行了筛选。通过试验筛选出适宜的催化剂浆液稀释剂——白油,并考察了不同含量的催化剂浆液对聚合反应的影响。在此基础上,对催化剂浆液配制系统进行了改造。

Abstract:Based on the problems in catalyst slurry prepared for propylene in plant of polypropylene with Novolen technology, such as decrease in activity of the catalyst resulted from poisoning impurities in propylene; that the catalyst slurry precipitated easily because of lower viscosity in propylene for formulating the slurry resulted in not uniform concentration of the catalyst in slurry and the catalyst to precipitate and plugging the feed line easily, in order to solve the above problems the diluent was selected elaborately for preparation of the catalyst slurry. White oil was pitched on as the diluent with optimum, and influence of the catalyst slurry with different concentrations on the polymerization reaction investigated. On this basis, the catalyst slurry preparation system has been modified.
