摘    要:针对风力和太阳能发电系统,提出了一种基于统一电能质量调节器(UPQC)的新型风光互补发电并网补偿器。该补偿器以太阳能光伏电池发出的直流电作为补偿能源,以Delta变换器作为功率电路,实现并网和对风力发电能源补偿的双重功能。仿真实验结果表明,UPQC能够实现对风光互补发电的并网补偿功能,同时也说明了关于UPQC的控制方法设计是正确的。

Abstract:Aimed at the wind-solar electricity generation system, this paper presents a novel parallel in compensator for the wind-solar hybrid electricity generation based on a unified power quality conditioner (UPQC). By employing the DC current generated by the solar photovoltaic cells as the compensation power and taking a Delta converter as power circuits, this proposed compensator performs the dual functions of parallel in and supply of wind power. Simulation experiments show that the UPQC can achieve the function of parallel in compensation for the wind-solar hybrid electricity generation, and illustrates that the design of control method for UPCQ is correct, meanwhile.
