基于SolidWorks的冲模导向零件参数化设计

摘    要:随着冲压模具行业标准化的提高,以及计算机辅助设计(CAD)软件的快速发展,模具标准件库的开发和应用成为可能.基于SolidWorks三维设计软件的配置技术,对冲压模具的导向零件进行系列化设计,包括不同类型的导柱、导套及其装配件.利用应用程序编程接口(API)二次开发技术设计了用户窗口,该窗口能够既简单又快速地实现冲压同种模具不同类型标准件的参数化设计.应用结果表明:结合使用软件的配置技术和API二次开发,能够灵活地实现冲模导向件标准化设计.

Abstract:With the standardization of stamping die industry and the rapid development of CAD software, the development and application of mold standard parts library become possible. Based on configuration technology of SolidWorks three-dimensional software,a series design of guide parts of stamping die were conducted,including different types of guide pins, bushings and their assembly. A user window was designed by secondary development technology of application programming interface(API), and a simply and quickly parametric design of different types of standard parts for the stamping die was achieved. The application result shows that the combination of configuration technology and API secondary development of the software can flexibly realize standardized design of die guide parts.
