高速列车用A6N01铝合金疲劳裂纹研究

摘    要:通过疲劳试验研究了高速列车用A6N01铝合金疲劳裂纹的扩展。采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜分析了该铝合金的断口形貌和组织。结果表明,A6N01铝合金裂纹萌生于合金中的杂质和气孔处,裂纹扩展区存在疲劳裂纹,瞬断区具有较好的韧性。但合金的强度较低,疲劳试验时易断裂。

Abstract:The fatigue crack propagation in A6N01 aluminum alloy for use with high-speed train was investigated by fatigue test. The fracture morphology and structure of the alloy were analyzed using OM and SEM. The results show that the crack firstly produces in impurity and gas hole in the A6N01 aluminum alloy, fatigue crack exists in the crack propagation zone, and that the momentarily broken zone offers good toughness. However, the alloy is easy to fracture during the fatigue test due to its lower strength.
