| 摘 要： | 分析了目前高速公路建设项目的工程变更管理现状及工程变更对高速公路建设项目的影响,提出了加强高速公路建设项目工程变更管理的若干技术要点,从不同方面论述了强化高速公路工程变更管理、控制工程投资的有效方法和途径,以实现工程预期目标。

| Abstract: | It analyzes project changing management current situation of current expressway construction project,as well as influences of the project changing on expressway construction project,provides several technology points of enhancing project changing management of the expressway construction project,discusses effective methods and ways of enhancing expressway project changing management and controlling project investment from different aspects,so as to realize project predicted aim. |
