摘    要:利用甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)、五氧化二磷、乙二醇、丙三醇的混合物成功地合成了一种无甲醛棉用耐久性膦系阻燃剂(FRC—D,探讨了阻燃剂FRC—F、多元羧酸交联剂BTCA、催化剂NaH2PO:、柔软剂等应用于棉织物的工艺.研究结果表明:阻燃剂FRC—F是一种值得研究和开发的无甲醛棉用阻燃剂.

Abstract:Durable formaldehyde-free phosphorus flame retardant for cotton, FRC-F, was synthesized with dimethyl methylphosphonate, phosphoric pentaoxide and ethylene glycol-glycerol mixt. The application process on cotton fabrics with FRC-F, polycarboxylic crosslinking agent BTCA, catalyst NaH2PO2 and softener was inves- tigated. The results showed that FRC-F was a formaldehyde-free flame retardant for cotton worthy of research and development.
