深度处理后针织废水的回用实验研究

摘    要:以广东佛山联达纺织实业有限公司经深度处理后的废水为对象,以该企业实际生产用水做参比,通过实验分别考察深度处理后的针织废水对生产过程中所使用的主要化工原料的影响以及对针织漂染加工各工序织物的影响。实验结果表明:回用水用于生产后,对染料、表面活性剂、生物酶等主要化工原料均无影响,织物在煮练、染色、剥色中强力变化较小,色差、色牢度符合回用要求。

Experimental Study on Reuse of Advanced Treated Knitting Dyeing Wastewater

Abstract:The waste water of Foshan Lian-da Textile Dyeing Industrial Co.,Ltd.after advanced treatment method is studied as object in comparison with actual production water of this enterprise.Experiments are respectively conducted to investigate the impact of the knitting waste water after advanced treatment on major chemical raw materials in the process of production as well as the impact on fabrics in various phases of dyeing and finishing processes.Experimental results show reuse water in production does not affect major chemical raw materials such as dyes,surfactants and biological enzymes.Strength alterations of fabrics in scouring,dyeing and stripping also vary slightly.As a result,the color difference and color fastness can meet the demand of reuse.
