| 摘 要： | 采用T淋巴细胞的E 花环实验,检测了地龙水提物、蒲公英水提物、黄芩水提物的免疫活性。结果表明地龙水提物免疫活性最高,在浓度为200μg/mL时,E 花环平均增长达到19%;而蒲公英水提物在浓度为20μg/mL时,E 花环平均增长达到13%;黄芩水提物在浓度为40μg/mL时,E 花环平均增长达到7%。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the immunocompetence research of the aqueous extracts from earthworm, Scutellaria Baicalensys, and taraxacum detected respectively by E-rosette test. It reveals that the aqueous extract of earthworm exhibits the best immunocompetence. The E-rosette concentration approaches 19% in average with 200?μg/mL of earthworm extract in concentration, 13% in average with 20?μg/mL of taraxacum extract, and 7% in average with 40?μg/mL of Scutellaria Baicalensys extract. |
