基于KISSsoft的齿轮修形优化设计

摘    要:以风电齿轮箱高速级齿轮传动为研究对象,利用KISSsoft软件进行齿轮修形优化设计。通过对比高速级齿轮原有单一目标齿轮修形设计及多目标修形优化两种状态下的计算结果,得出以提高齿面接触、齿根弯曲强度和齿面抗胶合能力,减小传递误差及改善齿面载荷分布的多目标修形设计可以有效地提高齿轮强度,改善啮合质量,降低齿轮传动振动和噪声。

Abstract:The high-speed gear transmission of wind power gearbox is used as the research target, and KISSsoft software is used to carry out optimization design of gear modification. The results show that the multiple target optimized gear modification which improving the tooth surface and tooth root bending strength and bonding resistance ability of the tooth surface, reducing the transmission error and improving load distribution of the tooth face as the target can effectively improve the gear strength, the meshing quality and as well as reduce the vibration and noise, by comparing the calculation results under two kinds of state of the original single target gear modification design and multiple target optimized gear modification design.
