摘    要:在实验数据基础上,根据生产车间的气体量,对动力波清洗法回收丙酮的工艺和设备进行了设计。重点设计了洗涤管内泡沫区段隔板、3个喷嘴组合、二次混合器、旋风分液器和供气方式。生产结果表明,设备操作弹性大,运行稳定,车间内空气中的丙酮得到有效控制,每年可多回收丙酮四十多吨。

Abstract:Basing on experimental data and according to gas amount in workshop,both process and equipment to recover acetone with dynamic wave washing technique were designed; and the direct attention was given to the baffle design in washing tube's foam section,the three-nozzle combination,the secondary mixer,the cyclone separator and the gas supply mode.The operation results show that,the equipment has good operating flexibility and stable operation,and the acetone in workshop' s air can be controlled along with more than 40-ton acetone can be recovered per year.
