| 摘 要： | 在CA机组正常运行过程中,利用HY106B测振仪监测加热炉主风机的运行状态。对其振动进行时域和频谱等分析,结合分析歪度、峭度、波形因子、脉冲因子等无量纲指标,以及观察轴承箱油位、测量轴承温度等方法,提前发现并及时处理问题,达到预防风机故障的目的。

| Abstract: | During normal operation of the CA unit, the running state of fan of RTF can be monitored online by HY106B vibrometer. In order to find and handle problems timely and/or in advance in case of fan failure, the vibration of the fan was analyzed by means of time-domain and spectral analysis, combined with analysis of skewness, kurtosis, shape factor, dimensionless index pulse factor and observation of oil level of the fan bearing house and measurement in temperature of fan bearing and so on. |
