摘    要:基于大型通用有限元软件ANSYS,分别对筋板在垂直及倾斜放置时的高温蝶阀阀座进行数值模拟和加载分析,获得了高温蝶阀阀座的径向、周向、轴向和MISES等效应力场情况,对两种阀座的承载能力进行了对比和分析,为高温蝶阀的结构优化和安全选型提供参考依据。

Abstract:Numerical simulation was carried out on high butterfly seat based on the finite element pro- gram -ANSYS when its rip plate in the position of vertical and incline. The stress field of radial, cir- cumferential, axial and MISES equivalent was obtained after analysis. The results show that the maxi- mum equivalent stress on both valve seat occurred at the short tube and the inner wall of the seat tube and the value were 191. 14MPa and 154. 1MPa respectively;The bearing capacity of seat which rip plate is inclined is 1.24 times higher than the other. The results can provide some reference bases of the structure optimization and security selection for high temperature butterfly valve.
