| 摘 要： | 以含锌烟尘为原料，用酸法制得了活性氧化锌，产品达部颁标准。考察了硫酸浓度、固液比、温度及时间对浸出率的影响。在优惠条件下，实验浸出率可达９８％左右。三段控温添加锌粉除杂以及氨水与碳酸氢铵复配作为沉淀剂是技术关键。

| Abstract: | A kind of the actived zinc oxide qualified with the goverment standard has been made by the acidic process with the fly ash bearing zinc as primary materials. The effects of the concentration of sulfuric acid, ratio of solid to liquid, temperature and time on leaching efficiency were investigated. The leaching efficiency could be up to 98% under the selected conditions. The key technique is a 3 step addition of zinc powder for removing impurities and mixed employment of ammonia and ammonium bicarbonate. |
