| 摘 要： | 本文以PLC为核心控制单元,对棒材粗轧机组进行微张力控制。PLC对各电机的控制采用PI控制规律,有效地利用了PLC的系统资源。通过实际验证,该系统运行稳定,各项指标均满足生产要求。
