摘 要: | 为了降低高速钢电渣重熔的电耗,通过采用两种不同电阻率的渣系进行电渣重熔W6MoSCr4V2实验,研究了渣系对W6MoSCr4V2的质量和重熔电耗的影响。结果证明:采用高电阻率的渣系,可以降低电耗、提高生产率和产品质量。

Abstract: | In order to reduce electricity consumption of high speed steel, through the consumption of re - melting by using two kinds of different resistivity of slag series for W6Mo5Cr4V2 re - melting slag experiment, we studied the quality of W6Mo5Cr4V2 and influence of power consumption re -melting. Results show: using high resistivity slag series can reduce power consumption, increase productivity and improve quality. |
