| 摘 要： | 在电力市场环境下,电网公司有必要给供电公司提供一定数量的激励费用。激励费用如何确定是一个需要解决的问题,该文运用委托—代理模型对这种激励问题进行了模型设计,并分别讨论了在对称信息和非对称信息下激励合同模型,求解模型得出了一种最优的结论。

| Abstract: | In electricity market, power network corporation need affording some incentive payment to the power supply corporation. A model is designed for the optimal contracts between power network corporation and power supply corporation by using principal-agent model. The model under incomplete information and asymmetric information is discussed respectively and finally this paper reaches an optimal conclusion. |
