轻型液晶显示器的加固技术

摘    要:论述了轻型液晶显示器的加固设计目标、设计思路,在液晶显示器热设计、隔振缓冲设计、电磁兼容设计、“三防”设计等方面作了大量相关的设计计算及分析.设计过程中使用三维仿真和模拟,预先估算出整个设备比较精确的重量;利用动态有限元分析软件校核各部位刚强度,另外又通过大量工程经验对加固液晶显示器的材料、工艺性及镀涂的选择进行了详细的论证,具有较好的可操作性.

Abstract:In this paper,the design goal and thought of reinforced light liquid crystal displays are discussed.A large amount of calculation and analysis has been made in the area of the thermal design of liquid crystal displays,buffer and isolation design of vibration,electromagnetic compatibility design and "three-proof " design.During designing,3D simulation technique is used,and more accurate weight of the whole equipment is estimated in advance,the rigidity of each position is examined by using the dynamic definite element analysis software.In addition,the selections for materials,technologies and plating of the ruggedized liquid crystal displays have been demonstrated in detail through a great deal of engineering experience.It has very good operative ability,etc.
