摘    要:张紧模型分析表明,拉紧张力的调整具有复杂性,采用智能软件张紧装置能够较好地满足复杂的调整功能,即智能软件模块根据采集的信息,实时计算系统所需最小拉紧张力值,预测其增大与减小的趋势,对比实际拉紧张力,进行判断与决策,然后执行器执行决策结果。

Abstract:Using knowledgeware tensioning device can satisfy well the complex adjustment of tensity that showed by tighten model analysis. The principle of knowledgeware tensioning device is according to gathering information, software module real time calculate and forecast the minimum tensity value demanded by system, carries out estimate and decision- making after contrasting the minimum tensity value and the actual tensity value, then the decision- making are implemented.
