| 摘 要： | 本文系统地综述了环氧树脂在固化过程中介电性能(绝缘电阻、介电常数、介电损耗)与固化反应时间(或固化程度)之间的关系。讨论了对环氧树脂固化物的电击穿强度与环氧交联网结构的关系,并总结了它的击穿机理。最后对纤维/环氧复合材料界面的介电性能和其FRP的热老化机理进行了讨论。
