| 摘 要： | 针对焊片(针)型铝电解电容器,特别是中高压产品,在耐久性试验过程中,所产生的失效现象及其机理,作了较为详细的分析,并提出了相应的对策。合理选择该结构的铝电解电容器的胶盖用料并采用全密封基板的结构方式,可以有效地阻止氯离子的游离,从而提高产品的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | Electrolytic capacitors with tab terminals, especially those for high voltage, are apt to fail in the course of life test. The failure causes and mechanism are analyzed. To prolong the life, the cover material should be carefully chosen and full hermetic structure should be used to prevent the free chloride ions. |
