摘    要:本文讨论了分级设备及循环负荷对磨矿回路产能的影响,特别对循环负荷在磨矿作业中的重要性进行了探讨,明确提出了磨矿回路应被视为一个有机操作单元。根据我国一水硬铝石难磨的特点研究了适宜于一水硬铝石特点的拜尔法原矿浆制备磨矿回路,明确提出格子磨加旋流器一段闭路磨矿流程是目前拜尔法原矿浆制备工艺的最佳选择,该磨矿回路已在山西铝厂工业应用且取得了良好的技术经济效益。

Abstract:The influence of class if ying equipment and circulating loading on the closed-circuit grinding for prep aration of primary ore plup feed in Bayer Process and especially the importance of its circulating loading in ore grinding are discussed.Thus it is clear that the closed-circuit grinding should be regarded as an integral unit operation in production of alumi-na from aluminium ore with predominant diaspore content which grinds hardly.Catering to grinding diaspore,the select cyclones in combi nation with grid-type grinding mill to form a single closed-circuit grinding f or preparation of ore pulp feed is most ideal,and has been successfully used in production of alumina with results of better techno-economic effects.
