| Abstract: | Combined with engineering example the type of gravel compaction pile, its application scope and its reinforcement mechanics for soft soil foundation are introduced. The calculation of bearing capacity is elaborated for composite foundation with gravel compaction pile. At last the economic and social benefits and wide application of vibro replacement stone column are pointed out. |
