| Abstract: | This paper presents the meaning and the main technique of condition based monitoring and repair for high-voltage circuit breakers, and thus designs the regional distributed condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for high-voltage circuit breakers according to the requires. The paper finally explains the functions of all the main modules of the system. |
