高应力区卸压与锚杆支护对巷道稳定性影响分析

摘    要:采用FLAC3D分析了不同卸压率下,锚杆排间距参数改变对巷道变形程度及锚杆受力的影响;分析了赞比亚谦比西铜矿卸压开采及锚杆支护下巷道变形破坏程度以及武钢金山店铁矿喷锚网支护方式下的巷道变形破坏程度。理论分析和工程实例表明,卸压可以有效控制巷道围岩的变形大小,锚杆支护并不在于控制巷道围岩的变形程度,而在于协调巷道周围岩体的变形。因此,高应力区巷道维护中应以地压控制为主,并配合有效的支护方式和参数才能控制巷道变形并保持稳定性。

Abstract:The influences of the variation of bolt space on the tunnel deformation and the bolt stress under different depressurized rate are analyzed with FLAC3D The tunnel deformation damage with the pressure relief mining under the bolting support in Chambishi copper mine of Zambia and that with the anchor bolt support in Jinshandian iron mine of Wusteel are comparedThe theoretical analysis and the project cases show that the pressure relief can effectively control the tunnel deformation levelAnd the bolt support does not mean to control the tunnel distortion but coordinate the tunnel distortion of around rock massTherefore,in the high ground pressure area,the primarily work is to control the ground pressureAlso,together with effective support method and parameters,the stability of the tunnel deformation can be maintained well
