摘    要:根据最大削峰准则,建立流域梯级水库防洪优化调度数学模型,采用马斯京根方程模拟梯级水库间洪水流动。引入粒子群优化(PSO)与死亡罚函数相结合的混合算法PSODP求解模型。实例计算表明,模型不仅有效地减小了整个流域梯级水库的洪灾损失风险,而且提高了流域梯级水电站的经济效益,同时验证了PSODP算法是可行、有效的,是求解此类问题的一种新的高效计算方法。

Abstract:An optimal dispatching model of cascaded reservoirs for flood control according to the principle of the best flood peak reduction is proposed in this paper.The Muskingum Method is used to simulate flood routing in river reaches between upstream and downstream reservoirs.A hybrid algorithm of combining Particle Swarm Optimization with Death Penalty(PSODP)is presented to solve this model.The results of a case study show that the model not only decreases the risk of flood damage losses efficiently,but also increases the economic benefit of the cascaded hydropower plants.Furthermore,PSODP,a new method for solving this kind of problems,is highly effective and feasible.
