焦炭塔油气携带泡沫焦的分析及抑制措施

摘    要:焦炭塔油气携带泡沫焦的原因与装置加工的原料性质和操作条件等有关。应用消泡剂可以降低泡沫层的厚度,提高焦炭塔的空高,降低油气携带泡沫焦至分馏塔的风险并提高焦炭塔的容积利用率,但其消泡效果与消泡剂的种类和质量以及使用方式,如注入部位、注入量、注入速度和注入时间等有直接关系。

Abstract:Foam carry-over in coker drum oil vapor has a strongly connection with feedstock properties and operating conditions.The application of anti-foamer can reduce the thickness of foam layer,increase space height of the coker drum,minimize the risk of foam carry-over to the fractionator and improve the utilization of coker drum volume.The coke inhibition performances of the anti-foamer are affected by variety and quality of anti-foamers and application such as injection point,injection dosage and injection time...
