改进的直方图均衡化算法在图像增强中的应用

在数字图像处理过程中,针对直方图均衡化算法增强图像,提出了一种改进的直方图均衡化算法,应用于图像增强。该算法结合全局直方图均衡化、局部直方图均衡化特性,利用增量式直方图均衡化,从处理方法上对直方图均衡化算法进行了改进。实验结果表明,文中提出的方法能更有效的增强图像,去除图像噪声,为后续有效的识别特征提供了基础,同时提高图像目标识别的效果。

Improved histogram equalization algorithm in the image enhancement

In view of the histogram equalizing algorithm to enhance image in digital image processing, an improved histogram equalizing algorithm is proposed for image enhancement. Combining with the characteristic of global histogram equalization and local histogram equalization, histogram equalization algorithm is improved with incremental histogram equalization from the processing method. The experimental results indicate the proposed method can enhance images more effectively and eliminate image noise, which provides the foundation for the following effective recognition feature, and simultaneously improves the effect of image target recognition.
