弹力黏胶纤维针织物的染整工艺

弹力黏胶纤维针织物的染整加工流程为：初检-预定形-缝边-配缸分管-前处理-染色-中间检验-柔软整理-成品定形。对每-工序进行了分析指出，应进行严格的布面初检：预定形选择中国香港立信（门富士）定形机，温度200～205℃，车速22～25m／min；缝边后合理进行配缸分管可减少管差现象；深色织物前处理无需氧漂，可直线升温至85℃，保温20rain；浅色织物进行氧漂后，可快速升温到98℃，保温20min；选择中国香港立信ECO-38常温常压染色机在60℃进行染色．98℃皂洗并固色：在定形机轧槽内浸轧有机硅柔软剂DM-686可进行柔软整理；成品定形温度选择在165～170℃，车速20m／min。

The dyeing and finishing of elastic viscose fiber knitted fabric is:initial inspection→presetting→hemming→vat matching and separate control→pretreatment→dyeing→softening→final product setting.This paper analyzes each procedure and points out:the initial inspection should be strict;the Hong Kong Monforts Fong’s setting machine is selected to make the presetting processing,the temperature is 200～205 ℃ and the machine speed is 22～25 m/min;vat matching and separate control after hemming can reduce the vat difference;the pretreatment of dark fabrics does not need the oxygen bleaching,the temperature can be increased directly to 85 ℃ and keeps for 20 minutes;the pretreatment of light fabrics need the oxygen bleaching,the temperature can be increased to 98 ℃ and keeps for 20 minutes;the normal temperature and normal pressure dyeing machine manufactured by Hong Kong Monforts Fong’sCompany is used for dyeing,the dyeing temperature is 50℃ and soaping and fixation temperature is 98℃;the organic silicone softening agent DM-686 is applied;the setting temperature for the final products can be set between 165℃ and 170℃,and the machine speed is 20 m/min.
