摘    要:采用ALGOR有限元软件,进行冷轧薄板压平缝焊三维动态非线性温度场的计算分析.考察了线能量对焊接温度场的影响.分析了线能量与熔核尺寸及焊缝表面温度间的关系.为焊接工艺参数的制定、焊缝质量的在线监测提供了依据.

Abstract:The three dimensional and nonlinear temperature fields of resistance seam weldingof sheet steels are investigated using a commercial ALGOR FEM software. The spatial andtemporal evolution of the welding temperature fields is analyzed. The relationship betweenenergy input with both surface temperature of weld and nut size is quantitatively established.The results are useful to welding parameter design.
