摘    要:基于CAD/CAE技术对汽车内饰件右前开关控制面板注射模进行了设计,运用Moldflow对最佳浇口位置进行了分析,采用Pro/E软件建立塑件实体模型,创建模具体积块,对模具进行了分模模拟,确保了模具运行可靠。最后基于模具体积块利用EMX4.1进行了模架调用与装配。结果表明:采用三维CAD/CAE技术能直接进行产品到模具体积块的设计,缩短了产品的开发周期,模具实体感强、质量高,大大降低了模具的设计和制造成本。

Abstract:An injection mould for the right front switch control panel,an automotive interior part was designed based on CAD/CAE technology.An optimal gate location was selected by using Moldflow;a solid model representing the plastic part was established by using Pro/E software and a mould module was created;then a simulation was made on the mold parting that will ensure reliable operation of the mould.The mould frame can be transferred and adjusted in virtue of the mould module in EMX4.1.The result shows that applic...
