摘    要:介绍了300MW机组直吹式制粉系统保护跳闸的逻辑,对温州发电厂近两年制粉系统的跳闸情况做了统计,并对跳闸原因从煤粉异常、热工测量信号或设备状态信号故障、磨煤机油站PLC系统异常、给煤机运行异常、人为因素及其他因素等方面进行了较详细地分析。同时针对性地提出了减少制粉系统跳闸次数的防范措施,以提高机组运行的安全性与经济性。

Analysis of Direct-fired Coal Pulverizing System Protection Trip and Its Preventive Measures in 300 MW Unit
Abstract:In this paper,we introduce the protection logic of the direct-fired coal pulverizing in 300MW unit.The trip situation happened at Wenzhou Power Plant in the past two years is statistically analyzed.The different kinds of causes are given,including the coal,thermal measurement signal or equipment status signal failure,mill filling station PLC system abnormalities,coal feeder operation abnormality,human factors and other factors.Meanwhile,to enhance the safety of plant operation and economical benefits,we pre...
