摘    要:聚碳酸酯材料广泛应用在光盘制造业中。为了提高光盘级聚碳酸酯的耐老化性能,研究了两种表面覆盖层技术,即旋转涂覆薄膜技术和磁控溅射镀膜技术,通过调整试验参数,找到最佳的试验方案,分别在聚碳酸酯表面制备出紫外光固化保护膜和SiO2保护膜,所制备的两种保护膜表观良好,平滑、致密、有较高的环境适应性能力。覆盖保护膜后的光盘仍能够正常读写和存储信息。

Abstract:Polycarbonate has been applied in the manufacturing of optical disks comprehensively.In order to improve the performance of the optical grade polycarbonate against the aging,two covering techniques were studied:1)lacquer coating,2)magnetron sputtering.During the process of rectifying the parameters,the best project was found out.UV protect film were gained and SiO_2 protect film respectively,which have the characters of smoothness and compact film through these techniques.The most advantage of these protect films is that they can improve the capability against atrocious environment.The optical disks with the protect film still read and write the information normally.
